Posology
- External way: for all the nervous indications, 3 drops of essential oil of small grain bitter orange on the arch of the foot, the inner face of the wrists, on the solar plexus (to be repeated with the need), and in local application for the other indications.
- Intern sees: consult your doctor.
Tips
- 1 drop of essential oil of small grain bitter orange and 1 drop of oil essential of rosemary with verbénone in a walnut of cream of day marvelously help well the fatty skins. The same application is valid for the fatty hair.
- For an alleviating effect: to add 20 drops of essential oil of small grain bitter orange and 10 drops of oil essential of tangerine to 50 ml of vegetable oil. The evening, at the time to lay down your children, mass the their solar plexus with this preparation during 1 to 2 minutes.
